Patricia Leimomi Salvador celebrates 15 years as the owner of Fish & Poi Chefs

LAS VEGAS, NV, September 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patricia Leimomi Salvador, Owner of Fish & Poi Chefs, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthy low-fat cooking.

With 15 years of experience as the owner of Fish & Poi Chefs, Ms. Salvador is responsible for cooking for celebrities who vacation in Hawaii, chief executive officers and crew members, as well as catering for the film and fashion industries. She became involved in her profession after growing up learning how to cook. She attributes her success to the way she was raised by her parents, knowing the right people and having a strong work ethic.

Ms. Salvador received an Associate of Science in food service in 1989. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
