Glenn Cormier celebrates three decades of experience in the food industry
STONEHAM, MA, August 23, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Glenn A. Cormier, Owner of Cormier's Kitchen, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in food manufacturing.
With 30 years of experience in the food industry, Mr. Cormier has spent the last 21 years operating Cormier's Kitchen, which specializes in cooking sauces that are fat and oil free, cholesterol free, concentrated sauces that are soy sauce based and also happen to be wheat and gluten free. These sauces can be used as barbeque marinades, in sautes and as pan-fry sauces. The sauces work exceptionally well with all proteins, beef, Chicken, Pork and seafood) as well as vegetables and rice. He developed his talents following years working for some of the finest and most well-known people in the field. Focusing on the tastes of the East Coast, the sauces have been selling in the major natural retail market, Whole Foods, from Maine to New Jersey with great success. Mr. Cormier conducts continual culinary research to refine and evolve his signature sauces and build his product line. Five exceptional flavors include Garlic & Ginger, Double Garlic, Orange Burst, Jalapeno & Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper.
Mr. Cormier is a cum laude graduate of the Newbury College culinary arts program. He is a member of MSFA and Phi Beta Kappa, as well as a supporter of the Healthy Villi, Celiac Disease Foundation and The Greater Boston Food Bank.
