As the executive chef for Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill, "one of the finest seafood restaurants in Dallas," Valentin Echeverria has a reputation to live up to. Backed by nearly a decade of professional experience, Mr. Echeverria utilizes his expertise in the restaurant industry to seamlessly manage kitchen operations at Chamberlain's. In addition to consulting with patrons and employees, he is tasked with ensuring product quality and inspecting dishes prior to their departure from the kitchen. Mr. Echeverria maintains supplies and carefully monitors inventory and food cost so as to ensure the quality of the services provided by the restaurant. He is also entrusted with developing new menu items and recipes.

Mr. Echeverria is especially proud to work alongside Chef Richard Chamberlain - one of America's premier culinary professionals.
