Now those favorites will be part of a new menu that includes Cowboy Steak and King Ranch Stuffed Pablano Pepper, emphasizing the southern recipes and home cooking that have built the Fort Worth restaurant's reputation.

As a local, family establishment, The Eatery relies on home-made ingredients and fresh produce to entice customers with signature recipes. According to co-owner Cindy Gifford, the new menu will enhance The Eatery's reputation as a good place to get southern food.

"The new menu keeps the old favorites that customers love, but it adds new dishes that are creative, bold and fun," she said.
