Walter A. Wagner hopes to become a private caterer and wine retailer

MADISON, WI, August 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Walter A. Wagner, Caterer, Chef de Vin, and Master Culinarian for Splendid Food, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in gastronomical arts.

At Splendid Food, where he has been a chef for 28 years, Chef Sommelier Mr. Wagner handles catering operations, and oversees culinary production and wine consultation. Prior to his current position, he was a wine connoisseur and maître-sommelier. With 40 years of professional experience, he attributes his success to his hard work and goal-oriented nature.

In 1970, Mr. Wagner received a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was responsible for regaining the Mobil Travel Guide 5-Star Award at Le Gourmet for the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza. He volunteers his free time to a variety of local charitable organizations. In the future, Mr. Wagner hopes to become a private caterer and wine retailer.
