Her responsibilities entail purchasing some products for the stores, reviewing orders, resolving issues pertaining to orders and helps manage the team that solves issues with the stores' suppliers. Ms. Cortinas is pursuing her Associate Degree in Science at Riverside Community College District. Previously, she attended culinary school. She became involved in her profession after receiving a recommendation from her culinary school to work at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Inc. She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, and attributes her success to her drive to achieve her goals.

At the mere age of 21, Ms. Cortinas purchased a house that was built in the 1940s. She is currently working on renovations for the house. In the future, she intends to focus on establishing her own bakery.
