Kiyoko Fiedler follows in her father's footsteps as President and Winemaker of the Black Horse Winery, Inc.


ORANGE PARK, FL, July 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kiyoko Fiedler, President, Winemaker for the Black Horse Winery Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in winemaking.

As the President and Winemaker of Black Horse Winery Inc., Kiyoko Fiedler is responsible for manufacturing, fermenting and bottling wine, fixing labels, making consistent, high-quality flavor wine, and conducting wine-testing and tasting lessons. She became involved in her profession because she followed in the footsteps of her father, a winemaker. She attributes her success to her passion for wine.

Ms. Fiedler completed coursework in Enology and is a Certified Wine Executive through the University of California, Davis. She is a member of Women of Wine, and has received numerous winery awards for her traditional and non-grape wines.
