PAHOA, HI, November 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cavelle Weekes, Owner of Emerald Isles Juices, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in small-business operation.

With four years of experience as the owner of Emerald Isle Juices, Ms. Weekes has developed an expertise in quality control. Daily, she oversees the production of her signature ginger-based juices, inclulding recipe creation, ingredient blending, packaging, labeling and distribution. She became involved in her profession because her grandmother was locally known for her ginger beer and bread pudding; she passed on the recipes to her granddaughter.

Ms. Weekes is pursuing an associate degree in nursing. She is a certified nursing assistant and volunteers at the local doctor's office. In the future, she aims to make Emerald Isle Juices a nationally recognized product with wide distribution throughout the United States. She also intends to cultivate a garden to grow the ginger used in her juices, complete a nursing degree and spend time traveling.
