With 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Tremblay owns and manages her restaurant, Le Privilege. With expertise in culinary arts, she conducts research on food products at a laboratory, collaborates with agricultural producers, farmers and physicians, and coordinates with a team of professionals to promote nutritional recipes. She became involved in her profession through her interest in culinary arts and desire to promote nutritional recipes, and she attributes her success to her work ethic, perseverance, flexibility and quest for knowledge.

Ms. Tremblay received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (1985) and her Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Montreal in Quebec (2005). She is a member of the Institute of Food Science, the Research Chefs Association, L'Association des MBA du Quebec, the Alliance des femmes professionnelles de metiers de bouche, Canadian Culinary Federation and Societe des Chefs Cuisiniers et Pâtissier du Quebec. She has achieved The Best in the World Award for her book, "A Privilege at Your Table," and a CAA Four Diamond rating. In the future, she intends to work in a cooking center to develop healthy recipes and continue working at a laboratory in collaboration with physicians, agricultural producers and professionals to promote nutritional recipes.
