While the full programme for the festival - which runs between August 19th and 22nd 2010 - has yet to be announced, organisers have confirmed that singer-songwriter Kate Ceberano will be holding a free-of-charge performance on the third night.

The star is well known in Australia following a string of appearances on TV shows such as Dancing With The Stars, It Takes Two and Who Do You Think You Are, while she also won three 'Mo' awards back in 1990.

Other stars on the bill include big-name chef Tobie Puttock, who has been lined up for August 22nd to give a Sunday afternoon cooking demonstration.

Guests at Surfers Paradise hotels who fancy a bite to eat will find they are spoilt for choice if they head down to Broadbeach, with the area boasting more than 100 restaurants and cafes.
